This board was finished with mineral oil and coated with a food-safe wax. You should re-wax the board every few weeks or months, depending on how much you use it. Any food-safe wax will work, such as butcher block, or salad bowl finishes.
CLEANING
Do NOT soak a wooden cutting board in the sink. Do NOT put a wooden cutting board in the dishwasher.
To clean a wooden cutting board, simply wipe with a damp cloth and some mild dish soap, then rinse. Allow the board to air-dry.
